PMI, FMV, DTI, LTV … There’s no shortage of acronyms and jargon in the real estate industry. My mission is to bridge the gap between complexity and comprehension with writing that’s easy to understand, and by patiently guiding home buyers and sellers through every part of the real estate process.
As a REALTOR® and writer based in the Philadelphia area, my experience spans more than 12 years, including working with some of the top real estate brokerages, mortgage lenders, banks, and insurance companies. My professional writing career began in 2012 as a correspondent for the Lancaster Intelligencer Journal, while attending Franklin & Marshall College. While I pursued my master’s degree at Saint Joseph’s University, I worked as a licensed insurance salesperson at a local State Farm office. After graduating, I moved to Miami to join a real estate startup with one of my childhood best friends, where, as a two-person team, we flipped more than 30 homes in the first 18 months of business. Since returning to my hometown of Bala Cynwyd, PA, I’ve continued to use my writing and real estate skills to craft top-notch content and provide buyers and sellers with personalized expertise at every stage of their real estate transaction.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my wife Rebecca and our rescue pitbull, Seiko, and enjoy writing memoirs, cooking, fitness, and visiting art museums and galleries.
